Within our community, an idea follows a clear path from hypothesis to implementation.
Strategic vision
Her professional path uniquely combines two areas key to our mission: deep expertise in
human capital management and systemic work in science and education.

For over 20 years, Natalia Anatolyevna has been identifying, assessing, and integrating highly qualified specialists, as well as managing complex scientific and educational projects. This experience has allowed her to develop a clear understanding of the systemic crisis of narrow specialization and the need to create new formats for dialogue between leaders from different professional fields. In 2018, she and a group of like-minded individuals initiated the creation of a platform designed to overcome this crisis.
Under her leadership, Mobius has evolved from a discussion club to an institutionalized international ecosystem with clear processes and a strong reputation.

"Our strength lies in the intentional connection of disparate views. Where the monologue of one discipline ends, a dialogue capable of generating a real solution begins," Natalia believes.
